		<description>Thank you for explaining in plain English what BellSouth wouldn't do.  They made references to part numbers of which numbers weren't placed on the outside packaging or on the parts themselves.  Very confusing!  I had to research the BellSouth FastAccess DSL Welcome Guide to find and identify all the parts to which they were referring to.  Also, no mention was made to what the filters did.  I guess the CD explains everything.  They should give all their customers a rebate with the Geek Squad(Best Buy)and be done with it!</description>
