Yes, you can purchase PNY drives at Best Buy that come with this feature. They probably do sell other brands with this feature. This option does not come with a lot of hard drives, so it should be listed in the product description of features.

Is there a write-protect switch in a thumbnail drive that can turn it on or off just like a floppy? If so, where it it located?
