I can’t find my Hotmail Icon

When you setup a hotmail account, windows creates an entry in your internet explorer to make it easy to get to your account.  I had a customer call me this evening that was panicking because she could not find it. 

If you cannot find your icon for hotmail, just open up your internet explorer and type the following in the address bar:  www.hotmail.com.  This will bring you to the login screen for hotmail.

    I typed into http://www.hotmail.com and I opened my mailbox but still did not get my icon back on my lower toolbar….what’s next?
